Finance, Insurance & Payment Options for Dental Treatment in NW Calgary
Our NW Calgary clinic is committed to informing you of your dental health needs as well as providing you with payment options for your procedures. Your insurance company may not support the same decisions with financial return. Your insurance is a pleasant supplement to the cost of your dental needs and should not dictate what your dental needs are. It is, however, always your decision as to how we proceed with treatment. Our helpful administration team will submit your insurance papers for you electronically. Payment for our services is due on the appointment day. You should receive your reimbursement from your insurance company within 2-5 days. Register with your insurance provider for direct deposit and receive your refund the next day.
For our regular patients (after initial New Patient Exam), we offer the following options:
- Payment in full on day of service by cash, debit, MasterCard or Visa
- Post-dated Visa or MasterCard for up to 14 days for basic dental services (cleanings, exams, fillings, etc.)
- Monthly post-dated Visa or MasterCard for extended dental services (braces, crowns, dental implants, Invisalign®, and veneers)
- Post-dated payments are assessed and approved in advance with your dentist’s treatment coordinator
We have included these options to make it affordable for you to be able to choose the best option for your dental needs.
Our administration team will be happy to help you understand your insurance plan if you bring in your employee booklet for us to peruse. However, insurance companies are making it difficult for the dental provider to retrieve any extended information. It is important then for you to understand that it is your responsibility of knowing what your individual plan allows.
Any major work like crowns, bridges, etc. can be pre-determined by our administrative team, and an estimate can be provided as to a possible financial return.
